Will I get a project by email every day with the free plan?
Yes, you will get a project every day from Monday to Thursday. However, the project source code is available for paid users only.
Will I get a video every Friday?
Paid subscribers get a new video with programming tips and tricks every Friday. We cover programming topics that are not covered in online courses such as how Python works in production environments, picking the right programming paradigm, comparing different programming tools, and other tips, and tricks about Python and programming in general. Free subscribers receive only the video sent on the last Friday of each month for free.
Are the projects sent to the free subscribers the same as the ones sent to the paid subscribers?
Yes, all members get the same projects. As mentioned above, paid users receive the project solutions as well as other benefits such as special videos on Fridays.
Will Daily Python Projects continue long-term?
Yes. We are a passionate team who has partnered with Substack and we have made a long-term plan for Daily Python Projects having crafted a long list of future Python projects to serve you every day for the next years to come. In addition to projects, we have other features in the pipeline to complement your project-based learning and deliver constant value to both free and paid plan subscribers.
What is Substack?
Substack is the mother platform where Daily Python Projects is based. It is a fast-growing online platform where readers can subscribe to substacks/topics of their interest and get the material via email, but also access it through the substack web platform and the mobile app.
Will my credit card payment be secure?
Yes. The payments are handled by Substack, a US company based in San Francisco California. According to the company update shared in February 2023, Substack had over 20 million monthly active subscribers and the numbers are growing. Traffic estimates show that Substack had 49.4 million unique visitors to its website across desktop and mobile devices in January 2024.
